Hi, I’m Ash. Writing was my escape growing up. A safe space where I could breathe, dream freely, and explore my inner voice. At one point, I lost touch with it. It wasn’t until I was hit with the loss of love, work, and other parts of my life all at once that I found my way back to journaling, and eventually to discovering creative and alternative ways to support my wellbeing in pursuit of a life that truly felt like me. Through that journey, my practice evolved. Over time, it became more than a writing session. It became reflection, a healing tool, and a way to uncover my truth. I’m not here with all the answers, but as someone walking this path alongside you. These workshops are my way of sharing what’s helped me find peace, purpose, and a stronger sense of identity. My hope is to make room for you to slow down, reconnect, and discover more of who you truly are.
