- SHIPPING: All products go into production within one hour of purchase. The graphic infusion process can take one to three days depending on the product chosen. From there your product is ready to ship! As a customer you will receive an email with all package tracking information.
- REFUNDS: If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product once received, we offer a full refund of the product cost within 30 days of purchase. Return packaging and shipping cost is not included. Your refund will be immediately processed once the product has been received back to Aganee’s main office.
- RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES: We understand products can get damaged during the shipping process. If you find upon receipt your purchase has been damaged due to shipping, please contact us directly with a picture of the damaged product and we will immediately start the process to replace your purchase within 30 days of purchase.
